The Future of Housing Is Being Printed
The construction industry hasn't changed much in decades. Azure Printed Homes is changing that.
The future of housing is printing now, and you can be a part of it!
Three robots in our Los Angeles facility each print a home per day. Homes go up in 24 hours and are move-in ready in about 20 days, starting at $40,000.
In 2024, we crossed $5M in revenue. We currently have $62M in signed orders backed by pre-paid deposits.
Now we're raising capital to open a second manufacturing facility in Denver in 2026, doubling our production capacity.
The housing crisis needs scalable solutions. We're building them.
Invest in the future of housing.
Double the Opps
There are so many great impact opportunities even though it's a very challenging market. We're doing a second issue of the weekly newsletter. If you have any suggestions, questions, or tips, we always love hearing from our community and we appreciate if you'd also let others know about the newsletter and PCDN.
Feel free to offer any comments or questions by responding to this email or using our feedback form.
I’ve spent the past two months vibe-coding an amazing project—honestly, it's something I’ve wanted to build for 30 years. And I'm finally sharing the beta here https://pcdnaiimpact.netlify.app/
Quick heads up before we get into it: please don't share this with anyone else just yet. We’re only sending to people in our community and some peers for now to get lots of feedback and input.
Welcome to AI and Impact Careers. It’s a one-stop shop to help impact professionals prepare for the future of work today.
We completely ditched the hype and the doom. Instead, we built something evidence-based that looks at how the nature of careers is actually changing.
Since it's a beta, it still needs some features, but right now we’ve got real news, deep dives on upskilling, a salary negotiator, a brilliant career coach and some actual humor. There’s even a safe space to ask all those AI questions you’re afraid to ask.
Right now, I just want you to test it. Break it. Help us understand what works.
Because it is a beta, not everything is perfect yet. The specific job listings aren’t fully live, for example, but there is an amazing job board in there right now to explore.
So, go check it out this week. Let us know if you feel inspired, terrified, or if it makes you want to quit your job and open a bookstore. All of that is valid.
To help us out, just click on "Beta Feedback" at the top of the site and tell us what breaks, what’s missing, and what makes you roll your eyes.
Anyone who leaves feedback and enters their emails gets entered to win one of five six-month Career Digest subscriptions.
Thanks for taking a look and helping us build this. Really.

🌐 News
Global Voices is putting fresh energy into constructive storytelling with its new focus on climate solutions from communities around the world. It is the kind of editorial shift that feels especially welcome right now: grounded, global, and focused on action instead of doom alone.
A new Guardian piece reports that inequality is causing more than 100,000 extra deaths each year from heat and cold in Europe. It is a sharp reminder that climate justice is not a side conversation to social policy, but one of the clearest tests of whether societies protect people unequally exposed to risk.
Mongabay warns that climate change could erase most of South America’s cloud forests by 2070, threatening biodiversity and regional water systems at the same time. The story lands hard because it connects ecosystem loss directly to human wellbeing, making conservation feel less abstract and much more urgent.
💼 Jobs, Jobs, Jobs
Idealist Jobs remains one of the most useful places to search for nonprofit and social-impact roles across regions, functions, and experience levels. It is especially handy because it mixes mission-driven jobs, remote openings, and organization profiles in one place, making it easier to spot both immediate roles and longer-term pathways.

The Tech Policy Press podcast is a strong listen right now for anyone thinking about democracy, AI, rights, labor, and the public interest. Their episodes tend to be smart without being jargon-heavy, which makes them especially useful for social impact leaders trying to track fast-moving tech issues.
