The JX Fund supports exiled media from countries where independent reporting is no longer possible and helps to maintain a diversity of voices. Without exiled media, censorship, propaganda and disinformation prevail. We collect and curate knowledge and data on the needs, challenges and achievements of exiled media, conduct research, network, mediate and promote. We base our programs for exiled media on this data and offer financial and structural support to help media survive the difficult period of (re)construction in exile.
