4. AI on the Go: NotebookLM & ChatGPT
This is where things get futuristic.
Google's NotebookLM: This tool is incredible. You can upload PDFs, articles, or notes, and it generates a custom "Audio Overview" where two AI hosts discuss your material like a podcast. It’s hands-down the best way to digest complex reports while walking.
Conversational AI: You can also just have a voice conversation with ChatGPT or Gemini to brainstorm ideas or role-play a negotiation. (Note: We always keep the energy impact of AI in mind, so use these tools thoughtfully!)

Indonesia Launches Environmental Reforms After Flood Disasters: Following devastating floods and landslides in late 2025 that killed more than 1,100 people including endangered Sumatran elephants and Tapanuli orangutans, Indonesia is conducting comprehensive environmental audits of more than a dozen companies allegedly contributing to the disasters.
